The enamelling of the Staub baking dishes is done with a glaze that is applied several times and then fired at temperatures of up to 1000 °C. The glaze is shiny, colourful and very durable. Only natural colour pigments are used for colouring. The baking dish has two handles that make it easy to lift the baking dish. The earthenware baking dish is temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +300 °C and can therefore be used in the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
